First Cook Out!

Things are really coming together Thank God! Look I am going to state boldly that God does take care of the big and the small things in our lives. Today was great. Tony is in town with Kiya and Tony Jr and it is just so great to see them all. Kamaal and Jabryl’s really connect with Tony and Elijah amazed me with how wonderfully he cared for his nieces.

Each smile each giggle seemed to add a sparkle to my paint job and pixy dust to the already amazing air that makes up Grandma’s house.

I spent 5 days painting the Hunter green a new shade of Caledon: which is like a creamy celery. Jackie called it grey at first and I was devastated because painting any which way you slice it is back breakingly difficult. We all agree it looks good but will touch it up for sure. The clutter of all it takes to own to properties is just ridiculous. It seems as if my imagination has created another person in my life. I am hallucinating this way: waking up swearing that my husband is just in the other room (Honey!!…waiting to help me out with all of the things that I feel like are too much then I realize ;I am nowhere near married and there is a dog in this fantasy& I have cats so go figure). I find it really funny and am thankful I am still in full touch with reality.

Well it was fun to get together and celebrate the heat with all my loved ones. I appreciate each and every person who came today and it gave me hope that I will be able to do what needs to be done. Please keep praying for me! Lots of Love!
