I was looking over some old journals and came across this note on Embracing. Here it is.
To Embrace
God has shouted Yes Yes Yes to every Luminous movement in existence~ Hafiz
What a wonderful action! What a joyful picture ! In this moment of embracing~ I accept what is. I am in the proper position to go with the flow of what is and when we do anything with the full power of our Heart we are Blessed. We are lifted up by the legions of ancestors and spirit guides who long for our progress. We are supported by the very intention to embrace. The openness & acceptance of this reforms any stiff places re aligns any crookedness. Embracing connotes a willingness to BE THERE. It banishes our tendency to resist , it guides us toward the love that is in our own Hearts waiting to be born!
There exists in any Embrace a flow of good energy up around out and back to the source. The embrace benefits both . The moment is not past or future ~it is touching of two hearts in a Glorious moment! Glory hallelujah Glory Hallelujah!

Isn't the most uncanny feeling. I had a Tea party for MKL day I wanted to tell him. I sometimes want to tell him things like that. It feels as if he will have something deeply thoughtful but said with cavalier jokiness to say about it. I miss him~
